My name is Dr. Patel and I am thrilled to be a dentist in your local community. With a focus on preventative and cosmetic dentistry I want to ensure that each and every one of my patients are informed, engaged in the treatment planning process and feel like family in my office. A little bit about myself:
Education/Certifications: I spent my undergrad at the University of Miami (Go Hurricanes!) in Coral Gables, Florida. I earned my Doctorate of Dental Medicine at University of Pennsylvania Dental School in 2013. I'm a big believer in education and am continuously enrolled in continuing education courses that will enhance my clinical capabilities and improve the quality of care I can provide to my patients. I am currently certified in nitrous oxide and level 1 minimal sedation in the state of Texas. In 2020, I earned my Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD) after completing over 500 hours of continuing education across 12 different categories in under 5 years.
Interests & Hobbies: I attend fitness classes two to three times a week to ensure that I'm at my best, mentally and physically. I also enjoy traveling with my family and friends to different countries such as Greece, Italy, Thailand and Singapore. And lastly, to my staff members' delight, I like to bring my latest baking creation to the office for them to try.
What sets me apart: I am passionate and informative about dentistry! A passion to be the best and treat my patients with the service and technology that I would want for myself. I educate and collaborate with each patient on improving their overall oral health, establishing a solid foundation and building a brighter and beautiful smile they are proud to wear. I want individuals to get the care they need and to feel GREAT about their smile.
Greatest Professional Achievement: The joy I feel when patients express how happy they are with their new smiles. There is nothing greater than being able to help another individual gain confidence simply by restoring their smile. I take pride in wanting to treat patients like family and hope to be rewarded with wonderful patients.
